What we collect on this website

This website has no forms, accounts or comment areas, so it does not ask you to enter personal information. It does not run analytics or advertising trackers.

Like any website, the server that hosts it may keep standard access logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running. Those logs are not used to identify you.

Maps

Our pages show a static map placeholder. A map from Google loads only if you choose to open it, and Google's own privacy policy then applies to that map.

When you call us

If you call, we note the details needed to help you, such as your name, number, address and the problem you describe, and use them to schedule and carry out the work, to follow up, and to keep job records. Calls may be recorded where the law allows, for quality and record keeping. If your call is forwarded to another local electrician because we cannot respond in time, the details you give are shared with them only so they can help you.

How long we keep information

Job records are kept as long as needed for the work, warranty questions, permits and legal or tax obligations, and then deleted or anonymized.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with those who need it to do the work, such as a permitting authority, a utility coordinating a service change, or a forwarded provider as described above and in our terms of service, or where the law requires it.
